I graduated with my Master’s in Holistic Mental Health Counseling in 2004 from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I have since been working with adults of all ages in individual and group counseling.

I believe counseling is a collaborative process in which the client is provided an opportunity to gain personal insight, growth, and increased satisfaction and peace with one’s self and life.
For the past fourteen years I have worked in collaboration with the full DBT program at The Maine DBT Center. As an intensively trained DBT clinician since 2004, I have treated many clients who have learned to achieve immense success in creating mental health stability and an improved quality of life. My primary treatment lens continues to be via the dialectal behavioral model.
I am excited to continue to support individuals on their path towards health, joy and hope through the power of mindfulness. In my downtime I love cooking, card making, and spending time with my family.
